Keyworth Centre (Southbank University) - Wates Construction
This prestigious project was nominated for a Brick Development Association Award 2004. The project required expert craftsman skills to ensure that the curved stair towers were constructed in different panels of face brickwork, with projecting panels and differing colours. Bansal were pleased to create an Architects dream by completing this work with a degree of excellence.
West End Quay (Paddington) - Wates Construction
This project was carried out over 4 phases with a great deal of face brickwork on all elevations including differing curved works and feature panels in flemish bond. This project was also subject to a Brick Development Association Award 2003
Palestra (Formerly Southpoint) - Skanska UK Construction
The project consisted of face blockwork to basement, ground and roof level.
The Globe Theatre - YJL Ltd
The project was extremely challenging from start to finish and was a great pleasure to complete and be part of such a historic site.

Bansal Building (London) Ltd we pleased to be involved in this project which consisted of a full design packed which set challenges for all engineers and construction staff. The project involved basement areas in excess of 5 meters with many walls at obtuse angles from grid lines.
Tachbrook Triangle - Barratt West London
This project included the refurbishment and restoration of grade 2 listed properties to Vauxhall Bridge Road as well as the multi use building located on Tachbrook Triangle, which provide Commercial units at ground level, affordable and private housing areas at the upper floors.
Royal Geographical Society - Durkan Pudelek
Another project of listed historic consequence where application to detail was required as second to none. This project was also nominated for Brick Development Association Award 2005.
